We’re pleased to be exhibiting at Southern Manufacturing and Electronics, one of the UK’s most important and popular engineering shows, alongside some of the biggest names in the industry for yet another year. The show has seen an increasing influence nationally, across Europe and further afield since its beginnings as a regional event – and in 2018, entered its third decade.
From the 5th to 7th February 2019, we’ll be showcasing our range of services, including Manufacturing, Overmoulding and Product Realisation, at the show’s now permanent home – the £35 million International Exhibition and Conference Centre in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Our Investment Programme
We’ll also be on hand to discuss our investment programme, which has involved investing in new machinery, premises and service improvements. Not only are these developments good for our business – our new dedicated Cable Assembly factories have allowed for the completion of higher-complexity and higher-volume projects, for example – but they are also good for both our existing and new customers.
For instance, we’ve added a High-Pressure Overmoulding capability to complement our existing Low-Pressure Overmoulding service – in order to meet customer demand and provide a more efficient and cost-effective solution for clients requiring both services from one site. Updates to our PCBA surface mount capability have also allowed us to manufacture products faster, helping to reduce costs and turnaround times – whilst investment in the latest AOI technology has enabled faster and more accurate inspection of electronics assemblies and PCBs.
