“After a total of 6 days’ successful auditing with no non-compliances at our operational sites in the UK, Romania and Hong Kong our new ISO9001 certificate has been issued.
Thanks for everyone’s efforts prior to, and during, the audits. Certification to this standard is a prerequisite to trading with many of our existing and potential clients, so this is very important to us.
The ISO9001 standard is being updated in September, so there will be some changes to documentation and processes over the next few months to ensure we remain compliant. We will keep staff fully aware of changes relevant to specific departmental processes throughout the transition to ISO9001:2015.”
