Last week EC learned that it had been short listed for not one, but three prestigious industry awards.
The first two awards are from the Inspire Business 2014 awards, being held on the 13th November at the Highfield Park Hotel in Hook. We have been short listed for Business of the Year and our Employee Tom Shadwell is up for Employee of the Year.
The Third Award we have been short listed for is part of the prestigious Elektra European Electronics Industry awards. This year’s ceremony is being held at the Lancaster in London on the 26th November, and the event promises to be filled with glitz and glamour. We have made the final short list for Manufacturer of the Year which is in an extremely competitive category.
EC’s Managing Director is thrilled with the news commenting,
‘This is great news; these awards are recognition for the hours of hard work and dedication all EC staff have put in over the last few months. To be short listed is already such a great achievement, especially in such competitive categories and to win any of these awards would mean so much to everyone here at EC.”
We are keeping our fingers crossed for success in all the categories that we have been nominated for. Winning any of these awards would be the icing on the cake of a year that has seen us celebrate our 30th Anniversary in the EMS industry, as well as mark a 20% growth in revenue from last year.
We wish the best of luck to Tom with his award and are hoping for a clean sweep this awards season.
