De stap van dat idee naar een product dat betrouwbaar in volume wordt gebouwd \u2013 op tijd, binnen budget en volgens specificatie \u2013 is echter vaak een uitdaging. Daarbij ontdekken veel OEM&#8217;s iets cruciaals. Een uitstekend concept en succesvol ontwerpen voor produceerbaarheid zijn namelijk echt twee verschillende dingen.<\/p>\n<p>Ten eerste is Design for Manufacturability (DFM) de discipline die deze zaken samenbrengt. Het betekent dat u tijdens de ontwerpfase gerichte beslissingen neemt. Deze keuzes moeten uw productieproces daadwerkelijk ondersteunen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan componentkeuzes die beschikbaar blijven. Daarnaast zijn bordindelingen voor geautomatiseerde assemblage absoluut noodzakelijk. Bovendien moeten teststrategie\u00ebn vanaf dag \u00e9\u00e9n worden ingebakken.<\/p>\n<p>Als gevolg hiervan verloopt uw <a href=\"https:\/\/ecelectronics.com\/nl\/productierealisatie-van-concept-tot-klant\/\">productrealisatie<\/a> traject sneller. Bovendien levert het veel minder kostbare verrassingen op.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer u de elektronicaproductie uitbesteedt, moet de kennis van uw partner actieve input zijn. U stelt dan elke aanname over de bouw ter discussie. In dit stadium kost het wijzigen van een component vooral engineeringtijd. Echter, dezelfde verandering tijdens de pilotproductie heeft veel grotere gevolgen. Het kan immers leiden tot een re-spin van het bord of herkwalificatie. Dit is de volgorde waarin men het product bouwt. Hierdoor ziet u precies waar het risico op herbewerking geconcentreerd is.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-circle fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Ten tweede is SMT-compatibiliteit extreem belangrijk. De afstand en dichtheid van componenten bepalen direct de effici\u00ebntie. Dit geldt specifiek voor het pick-and-place-proces. Een lay-out die in prototypes werkt, kan op grote schaal onverwachte opbrengstproblemen veroorzaken.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-circle fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Daarnaast is de panelisatiestrategie cruciaal. De manier waarop men een PCB panelleert, be\u00efnvloedt namelijk de plaatsingseffici\u00ebntie. Ook be\u00efnvloedt het de spanning op componenten en het algehele bouwrendement. Zodoende horen deze beslissingen thuis bij het ontwerpen van elektronica.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-circle fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Tot slot is schaalbaarheid essentieel. U moet weten waar de kosten stijgen naarmate het volume groeit. Engineering- en productieteams werken daardoor nauw samen. Voor een onderdeel dat binnenkort verdwijnt, is direct een alternatief nodig. U moet dit nu identificeren, en niet pas wanneer uw productielijn plotseling stopt.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-circle fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Ten tweede zijn er afhankelijkheden van \u00e9\u00e9n bron. Onderdelen van slechts \u00e9\u00e9n leverancier cre\u00ebren namelijk aanzienlijke risico&#8217;s. Deze problemen komen vaak op het slechtst mogelijke moment naar boven. Daarom markeren ervaren fabrikanten dit routinematig tijdens NPI.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-circle fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Daarnaast is materiaalcompatibiliteit een grote factor. Maattoleranties en oppervlakteafwerkingen spelen allemaal een belangrijke rol. Dit geldt eveneens voor conforme coatinghechting. Al deze elementen be\u00efnvloeden uw assemblageproces op manieren die op papier goedkoper op te lossen zijn.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5 fusion-text-no-margin\" style=\"--awb-font-size:20px;--awb-line-height:1.5;--awb-text-transform:none;--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color8);--awb-margin-bottom:30px;--awb-text-font-family:&quot;Montserrat&quot;;--awb-text-font-style:normal;--awb-text-font-weight:400;\"><p>Wanneer u de elektronicaproductie uitbesteedt aan een ervaren partner, krijgt u enorme voordelen. U krijgt namelijk veel eerder inzicht in risicovolle componenten dan via een zelfstandig inkoopteam. Het zou precies andersom moeten zijn: ontwerpkeuzes die zonder rekening te houden met testtoegang worden gemaakt, veroorzaken problemen die later veel moeilijker en duurder zijn om op te lossen.<\/p>\n<p>Design for test (DFT) en ontwerpen voor produceerbaarheid moeten daarom samen worden beoordeeld. Als uw bordindeling de fysieke toegang tot gedefinieerde testpunten voor in-circuit testen (ICT) niet behoudt, wordt de teststrategie complexer en minder betrouwbaar. Dan gelden er materiaalcompatibiliteitseisen die rechtstreeks verband houden met uw bord- en kabelontwerp. Conforme coating vereist bijvoorbeeld gedefinieerde uitsluitingszones rond connectoren en testpunten. Die moeten al in de lay-outfase worden gepland en niet achteraf worden afgeplakt.<\/p>\n<p>Producten die een printplaat op maat combineren met kabelassemblages, mechanische behuizingen en milieubescherming profiteren het meest van een fabrikant die al deze subassemblages samen beoordeelt.
