Maar nu er ontwikkelingen als zelfrijdende auto\u2019s in de pijplijn zitten, lijdt het geen twijfel dat AI in snel tempo vooruitgang boekt. De meeste PCB-ontwerpers routeren en ontwerpen hun printplaten handmatig, wat een tijdrovend en ingewikkeld proces is.<\/p>\n<p>Maar AI-plaatsing in PCB-ontwerp is zowel mogelijk als kan de weg vrijmaken voor een nieuw tijdperk van innovatie \u2013 een tijdperk waarin productieprocessen worden gestroomlijnd en de resultaten worden verbeterd op manieren die nog nooit eerder zijn bereikt.<\/p>\n<p>AI kan automatiseringssystemen helpen in realtime met elkaar en operators te communiceren en brengt een aantal voordelen met zich mee voor de productie, waaronder betere prestaties en lagere uitvalpercentages, evenals een effici\u00ebnter beheer van activa, inventaris en toeleveringsketens.<\/p>\n<p>De introductie van AI in de PCB-productie is vooral van cruciaal belang nu de markt zich richting Industrie 4.0 beweegt \u2013 of de \u2018Smart Factory\u2019 van de toekomst. Zo kan AI worden ingebed in de precisieplaatsingstool, die kan helpen bepalen hoe elk onderdeel moet worden geplaatst, waardoor de prestaties worden verbeterd en de montagetijd wordt verkort. PCB&#8217;s worden steeds kleiner \u2013 in lijn met de krimpende apparaten \u2013 en<\/p>\n<p>AI zal fabrikanten een hogere mate van nauwkeurigheid bieden bij het plaatsen van componenten in een compact en dicht opeengepakt onderdeel.<\/p>\n<p>Een ander gebied van de PCB-productie waar AI nuttig blijkt te zijn, zijn inspecties. Op basis van de gemeenschappelijke locatie van een defect kan AI snel en eenvoudig defecten beperken om zowel tijd als geld te besparen.<\/p>\n<p>Data zijn hierbij een sleutelcomponent. Zonder hoogwaardige, gelabelde informatie kan AI niet succesvol zijn. Defectclassificatie is een cruciaal aspect van een geautomatiseerde optische inspectie (AOI)-oplossing bij de PCB-productie. Doorgaans sturen AOI-machines beelden naar een extern verificatiestation voor meerdere beelden, waar een menselijke operator ze classificeert als \u201cechte defecten\u201d of \u201cvalse alarmen\u201d. Het menselijke element zorgt er echter onvermijdelijk voor dat er fouten in het proces ontstaan, en er kunnen gemakkelijk fouten worden gemaakt bij de classificatie.<\/p>\n<p>Een AI-oplossing zou daarentegen autonoom en met consistente nauwkeurigheid classificatiebeslissingen kunnen nemen zodra deze heeft geleerd van de beslissingen van menselijke operators. Een dergelijk AI-systeem is afhankelijk van nauwkeurige datapatronen om in de loop van de tijd correct algoritmisch gedrag te leren. Zelfs de kleinste verandering in data kan leiden tot baanbrekende resultaten, dus datagevoeligheid is cruciaal.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-five\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color8);--awb-margin-bottom:30px;--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:30px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-medium:30px;--awb-font-size:28px;\"><h5 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Montserrat&quot;;font-style:normal;font-weight:500;margin:0;font-size:1em;line-height:1.3;\">Wat is het volgende?<\/h5><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3 fusion-text-no-margin\" style=\"--awb-font-size:20px;--awb-line-height:1.5;--awb-text-transform:none;--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color8);--awb-margin-bottom:30px;--awb-text-font-family:&quot;Montserrat&quot;;--awb-text-font-style:normal;--awb-text-font-weight:400;\"><p>De kunstmatige intelligentie die aanwezig is in de huidige technologie\u00ebn wordt gezien als \u2018beperkte\u2019 of \u2018zwakke\u2019 AI in die zin dat deze is ontworpen om een \u200b\u200bspecifieke taak uit te voeren \u2013 zoals het plaatsen van componenten op een printplaat, zoeken op internet, gezichtsherkenning of autorijden.<\/p>\n<p>Het langetermijndoel van veel ontwikkelaars is echter het cre\u00ebren van \u2018algemene\u2019 of \u2018sterke\u2019 AI. Hoewel beperkte AI mogelijk beter zou kunnen presteren dan mensen bij zijn specifieke taak \u2013 of het nu gaat om het inspecteren van printplaten, het oplossen van vergelijkingen of het detecteren van cyberdreigingen \u2013 zou sterke AI mensen bij bijna elke cognitieve taak inhalen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ad1111;\"><strong>&#8220;Naarmate AI steeds meer mainstream wordt binnen de PCB-productie &#8211; en de elektronica-industrie als geheel &#8211; zal het van cruciaal belang worden voor het succes van projecten. In de toekomst kunnen we verwachten dat AI een positieve impact zal hebben op operationele processen en snelheid, evenals op vertrouwen en betrouwbaarheid.
