Als alternatief kunnen verschillende etstechnieken worden gebruikt om het siliciumsubstraat dat traditioneel in PCB&#8217;s wordt gebruikt, te &#8220;verdunnen&#8221; om zo een grotere flexibiliteit mogelijk te maken.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-1 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-five\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color8);--awb-margin-bottom:30px;--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:30px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-medium:30px;--awb-font-size:28px;\"><h5 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Montserrat&quot;;font-style:normal;font-weight:500;margin:0;font-size:1em;line-height:1.3;\">Huidige toepassingen<\/h5><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2 fusion-text-no-margin\" style=\"--awb-font-size:20px;--awb-line-height:1.5;--awb-text-transform:none;--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color8);--awb-margin-bottom:30px;--awb-text-font-family:&quot;Montserrat&quot;;--awb-text-font-style:normal;--awb-text-font-weight:400;\"><p>De hedendaagse zachte elektronica is niet alleen ideaal voor dynamische of zeer flexibele toepassingen, maar heeft ook het potentieel om meerdere stijve platen of connectoren te vervangen, omdat flexibele gedrukte schakelingen in verschillende configuraties kunnen worden gestapeld.<\/p>\n<p>Zachte elektronica kan worden gebruikt in verschillende toepassingen waar flexibiliteit, ruimte of productiebeperkingen de mogelijkheid beperken om traditionele stijve printplaten te gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p>Een veel voorkomende toepassing van dit soort circuits is computergebruik. Toetsenborden zijn bijvoorbeeld een wijdverbreid voorbeeld van zachte elektronica. Flexibele circuits zijn ook te vinden in industri\u00eble en medische apparaten waar veel onderlinge verbindingen nodig zijn in een compact pakket.<\/p>\n<p>In de automobielsector wordt zachte elektronica gebruikt in instrumentenpanelen, bedieningselementen onder de motorkap en in ABS-systemen. Veel consumentenelektronica-apparaten zoals mobiele telefoons, camera&#8217;s, rekenmachines en draagbare technologie maken ook gebruik van flexibele circuits.<\/p>\n<p>Fabrikanten hebben zelfs buigbare zonnecellen ontwikkeld voor het voeden van satellieten. Deze cellen zijn licht van gewicht, kunnen worden opgerold voor lancering en zijn gemakkelijk inzetbaar, waardoor ze ideaal zijn voor deze toepassing.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-five\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color8);--awb-margin-bottom:30px;--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:30px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-medium:30px;--awb-font-size:28px;\"><h5 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Montserrat&quot;;font-style:normal;font-weight:500;margin:0;font-size:1em;line-height:1.3;\">Wat gaat er komen?<\/h5><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3 fusion-text-no-margin\" style=\"--awb-font-size:20px;--awb-line-height:1.5;--awb-text-transform:none;--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color8);--awb-margin-bottom:30px;--awb-text-font-family:&quot;Montserrat&quot;;--awb-text-font-style:normal;--awb-text-font-weight:400;\"><p>Ondanks al hun voordelen heeft flexibele elektronica enkele tekortkomingen; ze hebben vaak een relatief korte levensduur en kunnen moeilijk (zo niet onmogelijk) te repareren zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Om dit probleem op te lossen hebben onderzoekers het gebruik van nieuwe materialen in de <a href=\"https:\/\/ecelectronics.com\/news\/electronics-manufacturing-faqs\">elektronicaproductie<\/a> onderzocht. Deze materialen kunnen elektriciteit geleiden en zichzelf automatisch samensmelten, waardoor een elektrische en mechanische verbinding ontstaat. Het zal interessant zijn om te zien hoe deze materialen zich in de toekomst ontwikkelen, en wie weet zullen elektronische apparaten zichzelf binnenkort kunnen \u2018genezen\u2019!<\/p>\n<p>We zien nu ook dat rekbare elektronica \u2013 ook wel \u2018elastronica\u2019 genoemd \u2013 zich begint te materialiseren. Deze opkomende klasse van elektronica plaatst rekbare componenten op buigzame substraten of bedt ze volledig in in een kneedbaar materiaal zoals polyurethaan of siliconen. Door rekbaar te zijn, in plaats van alleen maar flexibel, kan deze elektronica de volledige functionaliteit en manoeuvreerbaarheid behouden en zal naar verwachting een reeks nieuwe toepassingen mogelijk maken.<\/p>\n<p>Tot nu toe wordt rekbare elektronica vooral in de medische industrie gebruikt. Er kunnen bijvoorbeeld speciale draagbare pleisters worden gebruikt om op verzoek insuline toe te dienen aan diabetespati\u00ebnten. Deze pleisters bestaan \u200b\u200buit grafeen en goud en bevatten sensoren die het glucosegehalte in zweet detecteren.<\/p>\n<p>Elastische elektronica kan ook worden gebruikt om zachte robots te maken, die vervolgens minimaal invasieve operaties in ziekenhuizen kunnen uitvoeren \u2013 met name complexe operaties zoals hersenchirurgie, waarbij absolute precisie vereist is. Op dezelfde manier kan elastische technologie worden gebruikt in neurale implantaten en worden ge\u00efntegreerd met gevoelig weefsel, waardoor het aantrekkelijk wordt voor een breed scala aan biomedische toepassingen.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is echter nog maar het begin, en de kans is groot dat we binnenkort zachte, rekbare elektronica in gebruik zullen zien in een verscheidenheid aan industrie\u00ebn \u2013 van de medische sector en de automobielsector tot de maritieme sector en de veiligheid.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #9c2400;\"><em>&#8220;Bij EC Electronics willen we ervoor zorgen dat we concurrerend blijven door te investeren in de nieuwste technologie en voortdurend onze productietechnieken te verbeteren.
