Deze controles kunnen het totale energieverbruik in residenti\u00eble en commerci\u00eble gebouwen tegen 2040 met 10% verminderen. Nu de wereld echter steeds meer gedigitaliseerd en geautomatiseerd wordt, volgen gebouwen en de systemen die worden gebruikt om ze te beheren dit voorbeeld.<\/p>\n<p>In tegenstelling tot analoge besturingen bieden digitale besturingen tweewegcommunicatie tussen de controller en de front-endsoftware van een gebouwbeheer- of automatiseringssysteem. Tegenwoordig zien we dat deze digitale \u2018slimme\u2019 bedieningselementen steeds vaker worden gebruikt in zowel commerci\u00eble als residenti\u00eble bouwtoepassingen.<\/p>\n<p>In veel commerci\u00eble gebouwen zal al een behoorlijke hoeveelheid slimme technologie zijn ge\u00efnstalleerd \u2013 van centraal geregelde verwarmings-, ventilatie- en airconditioningsystemen (HVAC) tot beveiligingssystemen op afstand.
