Update for Customers, Suppliers and Partners.

Following the announcement of the UK Government’s national lockdown restrictions on 4 January, we remain committed to supporting this strategy to ensure the safest possible environment for our staff and to protect the wider community.

Wherever possible, our management and administration staff are working from home. All sites remain open for the receipt of deliveries and customer dispatches.

Remote server access is available to all workers, meaning all business processes are running as normal. All of our staff can be reached by calling the usual numbers, which are automatically diverted, and email communications are unaffected.

Our factories remain open. To maintain social distancing, manufacturing staff are working split shifts in isolation, and all sites are undertaking enhanced regular and robust hygiene regimes. Regular testing is also being undertaken at all manufacturing sites.

We remain open for business as usual.
